Our main HQ is located at 2900 Semiconductor Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95051, United States, near the core of Silicon Valley, which is a globally renowned technological agglomeration site. We are Southeast of San Francisco and Stanford University, and beside Centrally Expressway, a major travel route.

We have a pleasant, warm subtropical climate with dry summers and cool winters. Its Koppen Classification is Csb, also known as Mediterranean Climate. Our climate goes well with outdoor amenities and garden spaces. Additionally, we are in a sort of valley with somewhat hilly terrain. Shown to the left is the climatograph for our region.

Our situation is singularly excellent. We have the advantage of being located in the proximity of Stanford University. This provides us the opportunity to intern many of its students. Additionally, our nearby parking garage, the proximity of Central Expy, and a nearby park offers compelling amenities for employees. Moreover, Silicon Valley is famous for its many tech startups, is a hub of innovation, a prime market for venture capitalists, and a site of agglomeration for decades. Finally, being located near San Francisco offers a prime market close to home where most people will have easy access to the internet.

Silicon Valley and San Francisco are known for their high cost of living. Housing prices are quite expensive, and the overall cost of goods and services is higher compared to many other places in the United States. The cost of living is estimated at $4,000 per month. This could be because of the many benefits.
There are many amenities, including: apartments and condos, public/private schools, a variety of parks/outdoor spaces , a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, many different cultural/recreational activities such as museums, many synagogues, temples, etc.

In terms of urban models, the "Innovation District" model is highly applicable to Silicon Valley and San Francisco. This model focuses on clustering innovation-based businesses together to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. The concentration of tech companies, universities, and research centers in the area aligns with this model, facilitating innovation and economic development.

We would slightly encouraged, but would not mandate employees to relocate. This is primarily because we are a digital business and anybody is able to work as long as they have the proper device and a good internet connections. Secondarily, it is highly costly to move. Benefits to moving would be access to the abundance of renowned educational institutions.
The minimum wage of San Francisco is $17. Health benefits mandated by the sate of California include medicare and health insurance. Taxes can include payroll tax, property tax, and sales tax.
